Troubleshooting

Before diving in, check the Livelabs Creative FAQ — your issue may already be answered there.

Can't connect to Titan​

  • Are both devices on the same network/subnet?
  • Try pinging the console IP from your PC: ping <console-ip>
  • Temporarily disable your PC firewall to test
  • If you're using Titan Simulator, the firewall may be blocking the connection — see Connecting to Titan for the fix

Licence won't activate​

  • Check you're pasting the full key with no extra spaces
  • Ensure you have an internet connection — activation requires a one-time online check
  • If you've hit your activation limit, deactivate from another machine first (see Deactivating)

App crashes on launch​

  • Try running as Administrator (Windows)
  • Check you're on a supported OS version (see System Requirements)
  • Reinstall the app — download a fresh copy from your purchase email

Fixtures not matching in MVR Importer​

  • Check the fixture name in the MVR matches what's in the Titan library
  • Use manual matching to assign the correct personality (see Fixture Configuration)
