Troubleshooting
Before diving in, check the Livelabs Creative FAQ — your issue may already be answered there.
Can't connect to Titan
- Are both devices on the same network/subnet?
- Try pinging the console IP from your PC:
ping <console-ip> - Temporarily disable your PC firewall to test
- If you're using Titan Simulator, the firewall may be blocking the connection — see Connecting to Titan for the fix
Licence won't activate
- Check you're pasting the full key with no extra spaces
- Ensure you have an internet connection — activation requires a one-time online check
- If you've hit your activation limit, deactivate from another machine first (see Deactivating)
App crashes on launch
- Try running as Administrator (Windows)
- Check you're on a supported OS version (see System Requirements)
- Reinstall the app — download a fresh copy from your purchase email
Fixtures not matching in MVR Importer
- Check the fixture name in the MVR matches what's in the Titan library
- Use manual matching to assign the correct personality (see Fixture Configuration)
