Welcome to Livelabs Creative
Livelabs Creative makes tools for Avolites Titan lighting consoles, designed to save time, create a more flexible working environment, and unlock functionality that isn't possible out of the box.
All apps communicate with your Titan console via the Titan WebAPI over your local network — no additional hardware required.
Reading This Documentation
Throughout these docs you'll see the following callouts:
General information or context worth knowing.
A helpful suggestion or best practice.
Something that could cause issues if missed or done incorrectly.
A destructive or irreversible action — take care.
Products
Creates positions relative to a selected position palette, making it easy to update shows across different venues.
Allows you to input MIDI Timecode into Titan without hardware.
Parses MVR fixture data to import fixture information directly into your Titan showfile. Can also create groups based on 3D position, useful for effects.
Import a CSV file into a blank cue list in Titan.
Console & Software Compatibility
To use these apps with an Editor Key or Titan One USB Dongle and no other hardware, Titan must be running in Simulator mode. They will not work in Titan Go mode — an Editor Key or Titan One USB Dongle requires Titan Simulator for these apps to function.
They do work with a T2 dongle and above, or with USB hardware such as a Titan Mobile or T3, running in Titan Go mode.
Livelabs Creative apps rely on the Avolites Titan WebAPI, a third-party service maintained by Avolites. While we aim to keep our apps up to date, changes or discontinuation of the WebAPI by Avolites are outside of our control and may affect functionality. Please keep this in mind before purchasing.
The following hardware and software has been tested:
| Console | Software Version |
|---|---|
| Titan Simulator with Editor Key | v16 – v19 |
| Avolites Quartz | v16 – v18 |
| Avolites Tiger Touch II | v16 – v18 |
| Avolites D9-330 | v18 |
Before you start
Make sure you've read the System Requirements.
A Titan V18 demo showfile is available to download, which is great for practising workflows and understanding best practices. The Resources page also has free Position Generator presets, a test MVR file for exploring fixture matching and importing into your visualiser, and an example CSV file for Cue Importer.
