Licensing FAQ

Can I use the app offline?
Yes, but an internet connection is required at least once every 7 days for licence validation.

How many machines can I activate on?
One machine per licence.

I've got a new PC — what do I do?
Deactivate on your old machine first (see Deactivating), then activate on the new one.

I lost access to my purchase email. Can you help?
Unfortunately not — licence access is tied entirely to your LemonSqueezy account, which is accessed via your purchase email address. There is no manual override.

Do licences expire?
No. A licence gives you access to the version you purchased and all updates released during the support period. You'll never lose access to the version you bought.

I can't find my download. Where is it?
Find your purchase receipt from LemonSqueezy and click View Order. If the order page doesn't show any files, enter your email address in the field on the left-hand side to sign in — LemonSqueezy will send you a magic link to your inbox. Once signed in, select your order and look for the Files section, which appears just above the documentation links. Your download will be there.
